Day 1 - Facebook and Google for Business - In this interactive session you’ll learn the following:

  • Best Practise for Facebook for Businesses
  • Creating a Business Facebook page from start – finish
  • Main features of Facebook for Business
  • Launching Google My Business
  • How social media can help businesses achieve their sales objectives  

Day 2 - Targeting, Analytics, and Customer Engagement - In this interactive session you’ll learn the following:

  • Identify your target audience(s) – who they are, their online behaviours
  • Understanding the Analytics
  • You vs. Your Competition
  • Creating Stories
  • Building an engaged social media ‘community’  

Day 3 - LinkedIn - Publishing the right content to boost engagement LinkedIn. In this interactive session you’ll learn the following:

  • Building a magentic LinkedIn profile at attracts clients
  • Developing an audience and attracting clients 
  • Publishing the right content to boost engagement
  • Using LinkedIn to engage potential clients and recruit talent
  • Finding and leveraging LinkedIn groups 

Day 4 - Content Marketing - You may have heard the term “content marketing” but what does it mean and more importantly how will it help your business attract and retain customers? By adding value and building relationships you will establish trust with your target audience and turn people not just into one-time customers but into loyal brand ambassadors. But how do you go about doing this – by having a strategic content marketing plan. In this interactive session you’ll learn the following:

  • Importance of content marketing
  • Exploring different types of content - social media, blogs, emails, web content, video, infographics, case studies, testimonials and more
  • Struggling for content ideas, where to get inspiration for creating more engaging content for your business
  • How to promote your content – both organically and using paid options
  • Building and maintaining a social media ‘influencer’ network
