DGA Domestic Gas Training and Assessment

This course, which is a mandatory training course completed at 5 year intervals, is designed to ensure that all registered RGII gas installers remain fully compliant with their legal and industry obligations.

Course Overview

The aim of this course is to provide Registered Gas Installers, currently working in the gas industry, with an opportunity to upgrade their skills and knowledge to ensure that they are up to date with current standards prior to applying for reassessment. 

This programme will allow Registered Gas Installers to:

  • Prepare for re-assessment
  • Keep abreast of changes in standards in the gas industry
  • Provide greater customer satisfaction
  • Maintain good practice

To complete this course you will be required to complete a theory assessment and a practical assessment. The aim of this assessment is to maintain the 5 year cycle of gas certification.  Gas registered operatives are required to update their qualifications by part-taking in gas re-assessment.
